Who we are

Talento Persona ("we", "the studio") operates talentopersona.com. For any question about this policy or your data, write to hello@talentopersona.com.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you submit the "Start a project" form we receive the name, company, email address, the option you selected and any message you write. The form is processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf.
• Email. If you write to one of our addresses we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation or the business relationship requires.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and capacity purposes. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site unless stated on this page.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To manage a business relationship once a project starts.
• To protect the site and our talent from abuse, impersonation and fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use briefs or contact details for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that we need to operate the site and our business (hosting, form processing, email), under agreements that restrict them to acting on our instructions. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Data linked to a contract is kept for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by applicable tax and commercial law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@talentopersona.com. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested.

Digital talent and likeness

The personalities shown on this site are original digital characters. They are not based on, and do not use the likeness of, any real individual. If you believe a character resembles you in a way that affects your rights, contact us and we will review the case.

Changes

We may update this policy as the studio and the law evolve. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
