talentopersona.com presents the services of Talento Persona and the official directory of the digital personalities we represent. The site is informational. Commercial engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

Every digital personality shown on this site, including its name, appearance, voice, visual system, biography and content, is an original character and intellectual property of Talento Persona or of the brand that commissioned it. All site content, copy, images, video and design is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, train models on, create derivative works from, or use any personality or content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written license. Editorial reference and linking to our pages are welcome.

Official representation

Only the profiles listed at talentopersona.com/talent are official. Talento Persona is not responsible for accounts, agents or communications that are not listed on this site. See our verification page.

Contact form

Information you submit must be accurate. Sending a brief does not create an engagement; a project starts when both parties sign an agreement. Briefs are treated as confidential.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the studio's registered seat. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
